Green SILC B&B has been designed to provide the natural and healthy environment that more and more customers are seeking worldwide.  Green SILC B&B is a bed & breakfast establishment that is scheduled to begin operations on January 01, 2009.  Green SILC B&B will provide all natural and organic materials, high quality accommodation, and full organic and/or RAW, Living Foods breakfast for health conscious tourists, seminar participants, and business customers alike.  Accommodations at Green SILC B&B will consist of 5 comfortably furnished rooms, each with a queen-sized bed and one cottage accommodating 3-4 persons.  Full breakfast will be served according to menu selection from the night before.  Apart from SILC’s own attractions and seminars, the region in and around New Berlin has beautiful scenery, numerous places of interest, lakes, trails and activities.  Guests will have many opportunities to enjoy themselves in this area that is well suited for get-away holidays.  In addition, New Berlin is within a 25-mile radius of Cooperstown and Oneonta where the Baseball Hall of Fame and the Soccer Hall of Fame, respectively, attract ever-growing audiences every summer.

Ownership and Management

Green SILC B&B is owned by Prof. Sophia and part of SILC, LLC, Ms, Sophia spent 18 years of her early career in the entertainment industry, acting in film and television, singing one-woman shows, building an independent school in Africa, staging show productions and producing films, before establishing herself as professor of Film and as Translator of five languages for an international law firm.  She has also been a vegetarian for most of her life and a raw food specialist since 2003.  She is in excellent health.

REGION

Roughly the same distance between five centers of urban populations, and just under four hours out of New York City, New Berlin enjoys a larger potential consumer market than other sites might.  It is also a potential stopover on the road from New York to Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Toronto. The location of Green SILC B&B is ideal for a weekend getaway.  It is far enough from any city to feel as if somewhere special but not so far as to be a tiring journey. The village of New Berlin provides the charm of a Catskill mountain village with nature walks, lakes and river fishing.  Green SILC B&B has been designed to provide the comfort of a home with the option to partake in seminars, courses and personal life coaching in the company of the owner or to retreat to the seclusion of a comfortable room.  The building is eco-renovated and has the appeal inside and out of natural surroundings, while offering the modern amenities expected for a comfortable stay. Ms. Sophia has entertained friends and colleagues for years, has invented many a special organic health dish and truly enjoys creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
